What we do not clean?
- Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum
- Windows exterior or walls
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets)
- Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty)
- Any outside areas (only the front/back door)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Books will not be removed from the shelf

Yes, all our cleaners are legally employed, fully insured, and compliant with the necessary work permits. We take legal and ethical employment very seriously to ensure our clients receive services with complete peace of mind.
What is the cost of my cleaning?

Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is entirely at your free will and always appreciated. If you’d like to leave a tip, please place it in cash inside a clearly labeled envelope. We do not accept credit card tips at this time.
What if something in my home/office gets damaged?
If you’re not home, we will leave the item in clear view with a note. The office will then notify you about completing a damage report to have it replaced. This rarely happens, but we’re 100% honest when it does and take full responsibility. The cleaning specialists are not penalized for any mishaps – accidents happen.
